Empatiko Open Monthly Community Meetup - November: Positive Protest

There is a lot today that makes us angry. And rightfully so, the world is falling apart! A few of our current challenges include:  

• Environmental degradation
• Isolation and disconnection
• Gender and racial inequity
• Widening socio-economic gap
• Workplace burnout  
• Profit-only business drivers  
• Rise of chronic emotional distress  

Many of us have the experience of picketing or boycotting, attending marches where we speak OUT against what we don't want, to try to get the attention of the people in power - people who can make a difference.  

But what if we could turn speaking out against what we DON'T want into creating what we DO want? What if we didn't wait for the people in power to begin to make the difference ourselves?  

In this month's Empatiko Open Community meetup, we'll explore creative ways to POSITIVELY PROTEST, turning our frustration into tangible actions and projects that we can put into the world.
