Effective habits help us feel both efficient and calm, creative and critical, focused and flexible. Changing our routine behavior improves both our well being and productivity. However, we often fail to do so on our own because we lack accountability and perspective. When we come together in a group to discover our needs, co-create practical solutions, and support each other to put those ideas into action, we are much more likely to get out of our “default mode”.
In this experiential lunch and learn, you will get a chance to share your challenges and uncover possible areas of improvement. From this point of focus and with the help of the group, you’ll design 1 new “hack” that will change your daily routine for the better.
