Wake up the tiger within: finding your instinctive self

Let's face it - in a highly social world full of people and information we have constant signals nudging our behavior. Sometimes these influences are so loud that we forget who we really are.

In this session we will explore our instinctive selves and learn about tapping into our own guidance to be independent and authentic leaders. This individual core is the basis for building strong communities.

An old Indian proverb tells the story of a baby tiger who loses its parents and is raised by goats. The tiger is so immersed in this environment that he acts like and even thinks he is a goat! One day he meets another tiger who shows him his reflection and who he really is.
